Communication style
Personal communicators value emotional language and connection. They find value in not just what people think but how they feel. Tend to be a good listener and diplomat, that can smooth over conflicts easily. People often will turn to them as the "Glue" that holds groups together. The downside is that they may be occasionally derided as "touchy-feely". Its possible for personal communicators to become exasperated and emotionally upset.
OWL
Conflict management Style
Owls view conflict as a problem that needs solving and will work with the other party to seek out solutions and ensure that both sets of goals are achieved. Although this conflict management style can take some time and effort, both sides get what thye want, and the tension is eliminated. The wise owl will deal with conflict by collaberating.
Values and Passions
The most important thing I value is my relationships with others. As a blue, I care about the important relationships I keep with friends, family and even co workers. Another thing about Blue's isthat we are very passionate when we are truly intrested in something. In my case its always been my art and creativity. Art has been my escape and my outlet through every struggle and bump ive faced along the road.
